MATIJA DEDIĆ
Jedan od najpoznatijih hrvatskih jazz glazbenika.
Nakon svršene srednje glazbene škole “Vatroslav Lisinski” u Zagrebu 1991., školovanje je nastavio na Jazz odjelu glazbene akademije u Grazu gdje je diplomirao 1997. Osim na toj školi kod prof. Haralda Neuwirtha, privatno je pohađao satove kod Jamesa Taylora, Hala Galpera i Billa Dobinsa. Svirao je u skupinama Tamare Obrovac i Ladislava Fidrija, te kao gost uz Zagreb Jazz Portrait, a od samog je osnutka član Boilers Quarteta s kojim je nastupao u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu, između ostalog i na zajedničkoj turneji s Benny Golson/Kenny Burrell All Stars Bandom.
Godine 1988. utemeljio je svoj prvi trio s glazbenicima iz skupine Tamare Obrovac: kontrabasistom Žigom Golobom i bubnjarom Krunom Levačićem. Tijekom godina u njegovu su triju svirali i drugi poznati hrvatski jazz glazbenici.
Tijekom karijere surađivao je s poznatim jazz glazbenicima poput Boška Petrovića, trija Black Coffee, Quarteta Sensitive, Darka Jurkovića, Alvina Queena, Martina Drewa, Rona Ringwooda, Marka Murphyja, Patrizie Conte, Davida Gazarova, Giannija Bassa, Milesa Griffitha, Jean-Louisa Rassinfossea, Ance Parghel, Tommyja Emanuela i Ignacia Berroe.
Osim s vodećim jazzistima povremeno svira i s najpoznatijim hrvatskim glazbenicima drugih žanrova poput Massima, Gibbonija, Olivera Dragojevića, Gabi Novak, Arsena Dedića, Lidije Bajuk...
Svoj prvi samostalni album “Octopussy” snimio je u triju s kontrabasistom Žigom Golobom i bubnjarom Krunom Levačićem i objavio 1998. za Croatia Records. S istim je trijom snimio i drugi album “Mr. K.K.”, posvećen čuvenom klaviristu Kennyju Kirklandu, što ga je 2000. objavila izdavačaka tvrtka Dancing Bear. Uslijedio je solo album “Solo/Part I” objavljen iste godine za Cantus. Godinu dana poslije za istog je izdavača objavio album “Handwriting”, skup snimaka što ih je ostvario s glazbenicima raznih žanrova s kojima je tijekom karijere surađivao. Godine 2004. počeo je objavljivati za tvrtku Dallas Records za koju je snimio četiri albuma. Na prvom od njih, “Tempera” iz 2004., solo, u duu s programerom Silviom Pasarićem ili triom s kontrabasistom Mladenom Barakovićem i bubnjarom Bornom Šercarom, izvodi jazzističke obrade Gibonnijevih skladbi. Sljedeće godine objavio je album “Drugi pogled” na kojem, u istom ili triju s bas gitaristom Renatom Švorinićem i bubnjarom Jadranom Dučićom Čićom, te Pasarićem, Križanom, Arsenom Dedićem i Gabi Novak, svira obrade skladbi svoga oca Arsena Dedića. Godine 2006. s belgijskim kontrabasistom Jean-Louis Rassinfosseom i češkim bubnjarom Marekom Patrmanom snimio je album “Visiting Bruxeless”. Na albumu “Life of Flowers”, na kojem se ponovno predstavlja svestranim glazbenikom svirajući s glazbenicima raznih stilova, uz njihove i vlastite izvodi i skladbe Dore Pejačević.
Matija Dedić je 2019. velikim koncertom u Zagrebu proslavio 25 godina umjetničkog stvaranja, te predstavio zajednički album s Manuom Katchéom „Influences“ snimljen u Parizu.
Matija Dedić je od 2017. umjetnički voditelj jazz programa Jazz & Cabaret cluba Kontesa.

KLEMENS MARKTL
Klemens Marktl is a musician from Carinthia, Austria who is intensely committed to the exploration and development of the classic Jazz tradition. Listening to his music, one is catapulted into the fertile and flourishing fields of modern Jazz. Marktl is a master craftsman who re-invents the standards with innovative arrangements and with his own modern, imaginative, original compositions, invokes the guiding spirits of Jazz “forefathers” such Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Thelonious Monk as he takes his place in the continuum of Jazz music.

Klemens released his fourth CD, OPEN SEA, in 2011, featuring the FLIP PHILIPP/ KLEMENS MARKTL CONSTELLATION with Andy Middleton (sax), Adrian Mears (trombone), Flip Philip (vibraphone), Milan Nikolić (bass) and Luis Ribeiro (percussion). Marktl’s endless energy and enthusiasm infuse further projects as coleader: JOHNSON 3! with Michael Erian and Rob Bargad; ORGANIC MODE with John Swana (trumpet), Herwig Gradischnig (sax) and Rob Bargad; or N.Y. EXPLOSION with Joe Locke (vibraphon), Andy Middleton (sax) and Michael Janisch (bass).
